Hidden Valley Mobile Home Owners Committee.<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Hidden Valley is a +55 mobile home park located on Vancouver Island in the City of Langford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not your typical home park; We live in an active ecological community, exposed to the wonders of nature. Nestled up against Florence Lake we have many opportunities to interact with the flora and fauna of the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Hidden Valley is only 5-10 minutes away from a major shopping area for groceries, as well as many other services, for example, Costco, Best Buy, Staples and many other conveniences.<\/p>\n

Our Mission<\/h2>\n

Our purpose is to uphold and maintain a spirit of security, community,  peace of mind and enjoy a rich and green lifestyle. We intend to do this by:<\/p>\n

  1. Acting as a watchdog committee on behalf of all homeowners in this park;<\/li>\n
  2. Keeping members abreast of changes affecting parks generally, and Hidden Valley homeowners specifically;<\/li>\n
  3. Lobby for legislative change when necessary;<\/li>\n
  4. Assist and advise where possible in problem and dispute settlements;<\/li>\n
  5. Resurrect activities in and outside the park clubhouse;<\/li>\n
  6. Maintain communication with the park landlord through our resident manager;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We also suggest that all of us become members of, and maintain a connection with, the BC Active Manufactured Home Owners Society.<\/a> This is our provincial body, which is also located on the South Island.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
